Su origen proviene de un masaje tradicional japon\u00e9s llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shiatsualacant.com\/masaje-amma-sentado\/https:\/\/www.shiatsualacant.com\/masaje-amma-sentado\/\"><em>amma<\/em><\/a>, que a su vez fue adaptado de otro masaje tradicional chino llamado <em>tui na<\/em>. En japon\u00e9s, <em>shiatsu<\/em> significa simplemente \u00abpresi\u00f3n con los dedos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se utiliza para paliar todo tipo de problemas como el dolor de cuello, hombros y espalda, el stress, insomnio, as\u00ed como los problemas digestivos y de fatiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las t\u00e9cnicas que utiliza el <em>Shiatsu<\/em> incluyen los estiramientos y manipulaciones, pero sobre todo la presi\u00f3n con los dedos a lo largo de canales energ\u00e9ticos a lo largo del cuerpo conocidos como meridianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <em>Shiatsu<\/em> est\u00e1 reconocido en Jap\u00f3n como una terapia de tratamiento desde 1964. En Europa, el Shiatsu es especialmente seguido en pa\u00edses como Reino Unido, Alemania, Suiza o Francia.
