Cuando se consigue entrar en el Asana estaremos en un estado confortable y feliz, donde nuestro cuerpo no sufrir\u00e1 ni tendr\u00e1 tensiones. Es este el momento id\u00f3neo para entrar en meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejemplo<\/strong>: si nos transportamos a la postura <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Adho Muka Svanasana<\/span>, el perro boca abajo, sentimos que en un principio debemos presionar el suelo con nuestras dos manos, los talones se dirigen hacia el suelo y nuestra cadera se dirige hacia el cielo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>sthira \/\u00a0<\/strong>Entramos en la postura, presionamos con las manos el suelo, estiramos la columna, la cadera se dirige hacia arriba, los talones hacia abajo, los hombros se abren, los codos y las rodillas se estiran, nuestra columna se alinea con nuestra cabeza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>sukha\u00a0<\/strong>\/ Instalados en la postura podemos encontrar el equilibrio, el esfuerzo m\u00ednimo para sentirnos c\u00f3modos. Solo los m\u00fasculos necesarios est\u00e1n activos para mantenernos en ella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>asana<\/strong> \/ En este momento, nuestro cuerpo f\u00edsico esta instalado en una posici\u00f3n adecuada para la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>___________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>No hay m\u00e1s explicaciones relativas a los &#8216;asanas&#8217; en los Yoga Sutra de Patanjali.
